Dates have been finalised for the RM Partners workshops for community and district nurses to discuss when, where and how they can and do contribute to the provision of 24/7 end of life care in the community.

The aim of the workshops is to enable community nurses to share with us:

  • what good end of life care looks like to them
  • what helps and what hinders
  • view of local services
  • what might help to ensure that more people experience that good level of care when and wherever they need it.

The dates are:
